Apparently winter is the season of the woodchuck. Woodchuck Cider that is! Today on the show we will be tasting the Woodchuck Barrel Select Cider. What type of barrel? None other than Kentucky Bourbon barrels. As much as we loved the Winter Cider, which also had wonderful notes of bourbon, this should make for quite a taste pairing. This is part of their Private Reserve line of ciders made in very limited quantities. If you think you may have interest in it we would recommend keeping an eye out for it.
