Why do we do this to ourselves? Another barleywine. It's not that we don't appreciate the style or the crafting that goes into it, we do. We just can't seem to find one that really stands out. The closest we've come is the Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Barleywine (Keith liked) and the Stone Brewing Barleywine (Andrew liked). Well today we will see if the Unita Brewing 17th Anniversary Barleywine can be added to that short list. If you have a favorite from this style, please let us know and we would be happy to try it.
