  • Lupulin is sort of the soul of the hop. It is a yellow resin buried in each hop cone that contains all the components that contribute bitterness, hoppy aromatics, and flavor. Basically, everything good that we get from hops comes from the lupulin. Odell just made up the whole St. Lupulin tale, but it is pretty damn clever if you ask me.
