Give It A Shot – Sierra Nevada Brewing Kellerweis Hefeweizen
Available year round, the Sierra Nevada Kellerweis is a hefeweizen in the most classic of ways. It's one of the only American Hefeweizens to use open style fermentation, a very labor-intensive process. Like the Rogue Hefeweizen earlier in the week, it also falls into the sessionable category at 4.8%. Not to continue with the comparisons, but I will, they both share a hop in common, Sterling.
