Give It A Shot – Sauza Tres Generaciones Plata Tequila
We figured it was about time for us to take a break from the many beers we have been having lately and cleanse our palates with one of our favorite spirits, tequila. The Tres Generaciones Plata from Sauza Tequila came my way as a gift from my Dad at one of our get-togethers. It's a blanco or white tequila which means it's bottled immediately after distillation or aged less than two months in stainless steel barrels. Late in the recording of the show we decided to not only try it straight, but also make a margarita since that's just what needs to be done if you have a blanco tequila. During that second tasting we get a chance to talk about our upcoming full length podcast all about kombucha tea.
