Give It A Shot – Paddleford Creek Bourbon

Bourbon is the beverage of choice for the podcast today and what better way to celebrate our love for the oak aged libation than with our first video! We were intially going to make the podcast on Thursday be our first video feature, but we couldn't wait. Paddleford Creek is a small batch borbon that is quite difficult to find any information about. Seriously. I have been doing research for days. Other than the info on the bottle (charcoal filtered, 83 proof, etc.) everything else is shrouded in mystery. Best guess I have seen is that it's made by Phillips Distilling Company from Wisconsin. That could be good or bad. One thing this Bears fan knows for sure is that a lot of this whiskey is being sold to drown the sorrows of many a Packer fan today. An audio only version of the podcast is still available for download. Video is available at the website or on our youtube channel.
