It is time once again for our “Give It A Shot” podcast where we share with you, our valued listener, something we discovered that needs to be shared immediately. If you have any ideas for future episodes of “Give It A Shot” or just have a question, you can always send us an email to AboutBeverages@q.com. The final day of our most recent beer in a can series is upon us and it involves a brewery that is no stranger to cans. In fact all of their beers come in cans. Oskar Blues Brewery out of Lyons, Colorado has been packaging their beer this way since 2002. Today in the tasting room we have two of them, Dale’s Pale Ale and the Old Chub Scotch Ale. The styles of these beers are very different so it’s not about comparing the two, it’s more about finding beers in general that seem to work well in a can. We have tried two of their other beers in the past as well which you can find here and here.
