Give It A Shot – Odell Brewing Red Ale
We decided to kick of Seasonal Odell Brewing week in the simplest of ways. We start with a beer just called Red Ale. No crazy name or insane branding just two words to let you know what's in the bottle, but if you know Odell beers like we do they are being modest. They wouldn't brew it unless they were putting a unique spin on the style. That's why when you dig deeper you find they have added large amounts of American hops not common to this style. When we say dig deeper we didn't do any Woodward and Bernstein investigation. We just read the side of the bottle. Simple right?
