The second and final beer of our focus on Marin Brewing is the Tripel Dipsea Belgian Style Ale. This beer is an ode if you will to those made by the Trappist Monks of Belgium. Contained within is a blend of three Belgian yeast strains and three additions of European noble hops. Unlike the other beer last week, this one tips the scales at 9% ABV and costs around $7. Time to get to tasting and see if this beer gives the monks a run for their money.
