When we're not tasting beer apparently we seem to have a soft spot for bourbon and that's exactly what we'll be trying today. Jefferson's small batch bourbon is distilled by McLain and Kyne using limestone water from Kentucky. What does "Very Small Batch Bourbon" actually mean? Well instead of selecting 200-300 barrels of whiskey to be blended together for small batch bourbon, they only use 8-12 barrels of varying ages to ensure consistency.
