We take another ride on the ginger train today (I was always more of a Mary Ann guy myself but that’s another story) thanks to Fentimans Ginger Beer. They have been making numerous botanically brewed beverages since 1905. The process they use does take more time, seven days in fact, to ferment the milled herbs and roots. The beverage you end up with is completely unfiltered and as you will hear in the podcast, makes it necessary to upend the bottle before drinking.
