Give It A Shot – Duchesse De Bourgogne Flemish Red Ale
Still on the hunt for even more delicious sour beers, even after all the we have had over the last two weeks, we bring to the tasting table today a Flemish red ale. The Duchesse De Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is made in the traditional style of aging in oak casks. This beer is a blend of 8 month and 18 month old beer for an average of 12 months when placed in the bottle.
