Over the holiday season we had many beverages of all kinds that we weren't able to sit down and really analyze like we do on the podcast. This one from Dogfish Head Brewery stood out to us in particular so we decided to make the first podcast to be recorded in 2011. It's a brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. In true Dogfish fashion this beer clocks in at a whopping 12% ABV. So sit down and hold tight as we try this latest offering. Enjoy!
