Give It A Shot – Blue Cheese with Three Arizona Wines
Last Monday in episode 21 of the podcast we tasted three red wines from Arizona. They were all quite good, but we wondered how they would pair with some blue cheese that we had on hand. Never to turn our backs on a challenge, we went through and tasted all of the wines again to see what paired best and how the flavors made have changed with this food addition. Since we didn't want the other podcast to run long we decided to do this "Give It A Shot" focusing on just this part of the tasting.
