Give It A Shot – Barrel Trolley Brewing IPA
An IPA is a great option anytime of year even if it is technically the fall. Here in Arizona fall means that the temperature is finally dipping below 90 degrees. It is with this premise that we bring the Barrel Trolley Brewing IPA to the tasting table. Found on a heavily marketed end cap of our local Total Wine, we decided to take the plunge and see if their was any substance to their "ideal mixture of four hops." This same premise occurred once before in the form of the Sneaky Pete Imperial IPA from Laughing Dog Brewing. We hope this goes a little better.
